Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not happy with it, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law, you can cancel your order at any time from the moment you place it until 14 days after you receive it. You do not need to give a reason. Our 30-day return window gives you extra time on top of this.

Cancelling before your order ships
Email us at info@jersey-boutique.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Cancelling after your order has shipped
If your order is already on its way, we cannot stop it in transit. You can still cancel: simply let us know by email, wait for your parcel to arrive, and return it following the steps below.

How to return an item
1. Email info@jersey-boutique.com with your order number, your full name, and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Please do not send items back to the address on your parcel. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Important: return shipping
Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Asia, and all returns must be sent back to this warehouse. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not arrive at our warehouse.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal or liner is intact. If an item shows signs of wear beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund accordingly.

Your refund
Once your return has been received and checked, we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your order. Since shipping is free, there are no delivery costs to deduct from your refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. In this case, you do not pay any return costs. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
